With so many choices in the region for meetings and conferences finding the most suitable venue for your event can be confusing and a time consuming task.

Here is how we do it:

Following initial discussions and a full brief of the requirements from you we create a request for proposal and explore a variety of venues that meet your needs and budget.
We are not affiliated to any hotel group, so are able to provide a completely unbiased response within 24-48 hours of your enquiry along with pricing from the venues and our recommendations.
Once you have decided on a venue we will facilitate the whole process from booking, coordinating event logistics to on site management and everything in between, should you wish.
We then also organise a visit to the venue if required to discuss all arrangements and logistics of the event to ensure that requirements are met.
JLM is compensated by a placement fee from the hotels, so there is no cost to you for the venue selection service.
Upon successful completion of the event, in most cases you will pay the venue directly.
In order to benefit from our preferred rates, all bookings need to be made by JLM Consultants.
